Swan Song (Le Chant des Cygnes)

The new single is here, and it's been quite the wild ride. This came about after chatting to Nicola and Ludwig from legendary French band Indochine – we caught up with them after a secret gig in London. They'd just released this song as the lead track from their new album, and we rightly thought it was a banger.

So we suggested to them that we might do a cover in English, and they were all for it. It started off as an acoustic ballad but it just got louder... and faster... and louder... and here's the end result. If anything, it's even faster than Indochine's original, and that's no slowcoach.

Oh, and the backstory? It's all about the women who protested in Iran and the brutal treatment that they received when they did so. Because it wouldn't be us if there wasn't a story behind the song, would it?
